We pride ourselves on making our customers happy by providing great service, weaving/knitting expertise and a variety of yarns, books, patterns and tools at reasonable prices. If you are just getting started we hold lessons and classes weekly. If you are a seasoned weaver or knitter we have the stuff to feed your fiber fix.                               JULY

The Yarnbasket is currently scheduling classes to start in August. Two socks, on circular needles, toe up was great fun and is being offered again.

Rosalie's Scarf is a simple project that is a good intoduction to lace knitting and 3 needle bind off.

In August, Simply Shetland 5 is being released. It's too early to download pictures, but just google the title. See what you think of the Roxana Jacket, or the Whirligig Vest, or the Greystone Vest. Students would need a copy of the book. If you like those or other patterns let me know and we can set up a class.

                        Midnite Madness

Our next midnite madness is Friday July 11th at 6.

Vicki has offered to host it at her house, so....

reservations are a MUST. Call or e mail the Yarnbasket to save your place!!  cost is 5.00.

Fair Time

Once again it's time to get your entries to the Montgomery County Fair. The registration fee is 1.00 per item, and must be received at the Fair office by August 12th.

Entries need to be sropped of Sat. or Sun, August 23-24.

Last year we made a great showing - let's go for broke!
