Some favorite projects from the Yarnbasket!!

Check out oue Schedule Page
After 12 years of serving the knitting and weaving population of the Greene, Montgomery, Clark, and other neighboring counties, The YarnBasket closed its retail doors in June of this year.
The hope is to keep the web page up for a while and to continue teaching some classes that have been requested by customers or that were being talked about in the shop. I learned that I was not a real good retailer, but I LOVED teaching. If there is a technique or other class topic that interests you, drop me a line at info@theyarnbasket.com.we will try to make it go.
Before you ask - the top down sweater classes WILL continue!!!
As classes are set up, they will be posted here and on the friends of the YarnBasket group on ravelry. This group is a way for all of us to stay in touch - besides the knit groups at Panera Bread at the Greene on Tuesday morning, Stitching Post on Friday morning and Tim Horton's at the Greene Friday afternoon! Keep checking back because I know that some fall Midnight Madness sessions are being discussed!!!!
Thanks to all of my loyal customers, for 12 years you were part of my family, as I said before, you helped me raise my boys, played with my dogs and decorated my house! You will all have a special place in my heart - whether you were a regular or only stopped in once or twice!
Please take with you the kindness that you extended to me and others you met at The YarnBasket. Let's use our group on Ravelry to stay in touch, to encourage each other, to be friendly to one another, to extend friendship to new knitters, heavens knows there is enough negativity in the world.
Thank you all,
Cay
